Responsibilities :

Handle incoming leads and client enquiries for DJ bookings

Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email

Understand client requirements for events and suggest suitable DJ services

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into bookings

Coordinate with the internal team and DJs for smooth event planning

Share quotations, event details, and booking confirmations with clients

Maintain client database and update lead status regularly

Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after events

Collect feedback from clients after the event
