About the Role
We are looking for a smart and confident Telecaller / Hotel Vendor Onboarding Executive who can connect with hotels, negotiate the best room rates, collect all required hotel data, and onboard hotels on the Diskounto Holidays platform.
The candidate will also be responsible for promoting and selling hotel kits, guest amenities, and hotel equipment to hotels and resorts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hotel Calling & Follow-up
Call hotels, resorts, villas, homestays, and property owners.
Introduce Diskounto Holidays and explain our B2B travel network.
Build professional relationships with hotel owners, managers, and reservation teams.
Regular follow-up with hotels for rates, availability, and confirmation.
2. Best Price Deal Negotiation
Negotiate best B2B / net room rates from hotels.
Collect season-wise, weekend, weekday, and special date pricing.
Discuss CP, MAP, AP, and EP meal plan rates.
Get extra adult, extra child, and child policy rates.
Compare rates and try to secure the best deal for Diskounto Holidays agents.
3. Hotel Listing Data Collection
Collect complete hotel details required for listing on Diskounto Holidays, including:
Hotel name
Hotel category/star rating
Complete address and Google Map location
Contact person details
Reservation email and phone number
Room categories
Room size and occupancy
Room-wise rates
Meal plan details
Season and blackout dates
Hotel amenities
Room amenities
Check-in and check-out time
Cancellation policy
Child policy
Extra bed/mattress policy
Hotel photos and videos
Bank details for booking payment
GST details, if available
4. Hotel Onboarding
Explain the benefits of listing with Diskounto Holidays.
Convince hotels to join our platform.
Coordinate with internal team for hotel listing approval.
Maintain proper hotel data in Google Sheet / CRM / software panel.
Keep rates and hotel information updated regularly.
5. Hotel Kit & Equipment Sales
Promote hotel kits, guest amenities, and hotel equipment to hotels.
Sell products like shampoo, shower gel, dental kit, shaving kit, comb, slippers, linen, towels, housekeeping items, and other hotel supplies.
Share catalogue and pricing with hotel owners or purchase managers.
Follow up for bulk orders.
Coordinate with supply team for order confirmation and delivery.
6. Reporting
Maintain daily calling report.
Update number of hotels contacted, interested hotels, follow-ups, rates received, and hotels onboarded.
Share daily work summary with reporting manager.
Maintain proper record of hotel kit leads and sales.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident in calling and negotiation.
Basic knowledge of hotels, rooms, meal plans, and travel industry.
Ability to convince hotel owners and managers.
Good follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email handling.
Sales mindset and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in travel, hotel contracting, telecalling, hospitality, or B2B sales will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication and confidence can also apply.
Candidate should be responsible, punctual, and comfortable with daily calling targets.
Daily Work Target
Minimum 40–60 hotel calls per day.
Minimum 10–15 meaningful hotel follow-ups per day.
Collect complete data from interested hotels.
Generate hotel kit and equipment leads from hotel contacts.
Submit daily report before end of day.
