About the Role

Dhartie Net Zero is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with MSME clients, explaining ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) solutions, and onboarding new clients. This role also involves attending business events and traveling for client meetings and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with MSME clients

• Pitch ESG and sustainability services to potential clients

• Prepare professional PPT presentations and business proposals

• Attend client meetings and conduct follow-ups

• Convert leads into active clients

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

• Attend industry events and generate new business opportunities

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Detail-oriented with good attention to accuracy

• Comfortable with traveling for meetings and events

• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint (PPT)

• Interest in ESG / sustainability sector

• Confident in client interaction and pitching

• Target-oriented and proactive mindset

Educational Qualification

• BBA preferred

• BA / BSc / MSc candidates can also apply
