Sales Executive / Sales Associate – Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, visits, and follow-ups
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
Present company products/services to clients in a professional manner
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and track competitor activities
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate terms
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems
Attend meetings, site visits, and client presentations as required
