Business Development Executive

Job description

1. Managing all the sales related activity of the company and support in both domestic and export sales efforts and making sure the sales targets are achieved.

2. Should be able to broadcast marketing schemes on what’s app groups and via mail chimp or other e mailing software’s like mail chimp etc

3. Handling initial inquiries, logging in orders ,making local and export PI /Invoices/ sending quotations/ institutional tenders

4. Should be able to support the customers & resolve 3D printing issues

5. Should present sales analysis data to the management

6. Send offers/ schemes to dealers/ customer via e mailing template s& take follow-up.

7. Generating & maintaining various reports like sales, outstanding , collection and analyzing the trends of the market & also of the competition,

8. Coordinating with customers for pre and post-dispatch formalities.

9. Coordinate with the existing sales team daily, analyzing their reports and pushing them for orders by following up on leads generated by you and them.

10. Follow up for payment as per agreed terms.

11. Responsible for follow-up with the clients and ensure that material has been dispatched as per clients order. Coordinating with Operations manager & Dispatch team on the subject of new enquiries/orders dispatches on a daily basis.

12. Should be able to update our website as and when required and should be able to post products on various online portals and coordinate with them.

13. Should be able to cord and manage all events/ trade shows and accompany during the trade shows.
