About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales, service-based sales, or digital marketing sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills and be confident in selling digital marketing services to businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients who require digital marketing services.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.

• Conduct client calls and meetings to present company services and proposals.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, services, and competitor offerings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 0–6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Service Sales, Inside Sales, or Client Acquisition.

• Candidates from Digital Marketing Agencies, IT Services, SaaS, BPO, or other service-based industries are preferred.

• Good understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, website development, and lead generation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to handle client objections and convert leads into customers.

• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
