Role Overview

Counsel prospective learners, understand career aspirations, recommend suitable executive

education programs, and drive admissions through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students/working professionals

• Handle inbound & outbound leads

• Conduct phone/virtual counseling

• Explain courses, fees, eligibility & outcomes

• Follow-up and convert leads

• Meet revenue/admission targets

• Update CRM

• Coordinate with internal teams

• Deliver ethical, customer-centric counseling

Ideal Candidate

Education: HSC accepted; Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.

Experience: 6 months Hardcore outbound sales (non-field). EdTech preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication, confidence, fluency and sales aptitude are mandatory.

Age Criteria

Premium: Up to 35 years | DLP: Up to 29–30 years.

Documents Required

Educational proof, Address proof, Offer Letter, Payslips/Bank Statements, Resignation proof, Latest

appraisal letter (if applicable). Stable employment is preferred.

Working Schedule

Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
