Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1.5+ years of experience in B2B Sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, handling clients, making regular follow-ups, and converting leads into business.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities.
Identify potential clients and maintain client relationships.
Handle sales calls, follow-ups and negotiations.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain regular updates of leads and sales activities.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
B2B sales experience is preferred.
Target-oriented approach.
Good client handling and follow-up skills.
Eligibility: Graduation is mandatory with minimum 1.5+ years of relevant sales experience.
