We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Carzspa. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads from inquiries, ads, social media, and other sources
Understand each candidate's background, goals, and needs, and recommend the right course
Explain course content, fees, duration, placement or career support, and benefits clearly
Conduct counselling sessions (phone, WhatsApp, video call, or in person)
Convert leads into paid admissions and achieve monthly sales targets
Follow up consistently until the lead converts or closes
Handle objections (fees, time, trust) professionally
Update lead status, follow-ups, and sales activity daily in the CRM
Coordinate with the academic and support teams for smooth onboarding of new students
Generate new leads through referrals, campaigns, and networking
Share daily and weekly sales reports with the manager
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
