We are seeking a Sales & Telemarketing Executive (Female) to promote and sell pharmaceutical packaging solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with the sales team, and achieving sales targets through telecalling and customer follow-ups.
Make outbound calls to pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, and distributors
Generate new leads and follow up on existing inquiries
Explain pharma packaging products, specifications, and compliance standards
Coordinate with the sales and production teams for quotations and orders
Maintain customer databases and update CRM records
Follow up on payments, dispatch schedules, and customer feedback
Prepare daily/weekly sales and call reports
Support field sales executives when required
Build long-term relationships with clients
Graduate or Diploma (Any stream; Marketing preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales or telemarketing (Pharma or packaging industry preferred)
Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
Confident phone etiquette and customer handling skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Experience in pharma packaging, printing, or allied industries
Knowledge of pharma compliance basics (GMP, regulatory packaging standards)
Experience dealing with B2B clients
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organized and detail-oriented
