Job Description – Business Development Associate (BDA)

About the Role

We are hiring energetic and ambitious Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and business growth.

Education

• UG (Tech): B.Tech

• UG (Non-Tech): B.Com / BBA

• PG (Tech): M.Tech

• PG (Non-Tech): MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers through calls and follow-ups

• Understand customer needs and suggest relevant solutions

• Counsel leads and explain product/service offerings

• Convert leads into successful sales

• Maintain CRM updates and daily sales reports

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Required Skills
