We are looking for a smart, energetic, and confident fresher who is passionate about sales and client communication. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, and helping the company grow through new client acquisitions.
Research and identify potential clients from online platforms, social media, and databases.
Generate new leads through calling, messaging, emailing, and networking.
Contact prospects to explain company services and understand their requirements.
Schedule meetings/online demos for senior team members.
Maintain professional communication with clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and basic sales documents.
Follow up with leads to move them forward in the sales pipeline.
Study market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
Share insights with the team to improve strategies.
Build rapport with clients through regular follow-ups.
Maintain a positive and long-term relationship with new and existing customers.
Maintain a database of leads and client interactions.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic understanding of sales and marketing
Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
Ability to handle calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Good knowledge of MS Office
