Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain company products and services.

• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested clients.

• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in company databases and CRM tools.

• Verify data, correct errors, and ensure records are well-organized.

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill customer requirements.

• Prepare basic daily or weekly reports to assist in management decisions.

• Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.

• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach in every call.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers are welcome).

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools preferred.

  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

  • Strong attention to detail and customer-handling skills.
