Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our staffing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our staffing services across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in the staffing sector.

• Reach out to clients via calls, emails, and personal meetings to understand their staffing needs.

• Present and promote staffing solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Educational Qualification:
