What You’ll Do

• Own the Sales Funnel: From lead generation to final conversion, end-to-end ownership

• Lead Generation: Identify new opportunities via cold calling, networking, and outreach

• Convert Like a Pro: Turn prospects into paying customers through effective pitching

• Handle Objections: Confidently address concerns and close deals

• Build Relationships: Create strong, long-term connections with students and parents

• Track Performance: Maintain accurate sales data and share insights with the team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales mindset with hands-on cold calling experience

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills

• Ability to handle rejection and bounce back fast

• High ownership and target-driven attitude

• Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer behaviour

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification – Graduation

• Freshers – 3 years of experience (EdTech experience is a plus)

• Must have a personal laptop (mandatory)

• Must be available for full-time on-site role in Indore/ Remote.

Work Schedule

• Shift: Day Shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
  (Shift timings may evolve based on business requirements)

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Week Off: Rotational (Monday or Tuesday)
