Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
Understand client requirements and present suitable services
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and convert leads into clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain proper data and reporting in CRM/daily reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good command of English and professional grooming
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Positive attitude and team coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Business Development
Experience in IT / Non-IT sales will be an added advantage
Graduate in any stream (MBA/BBA preferred)
Salary Range
₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Other Requirements
Punctuality and discipline are mandatory
Must follow company policies and reporting structure
Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
