We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to join our team Lakshmi Fincorp The role
a professional responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services to potential customers. Their main role is to identify prospects, present solutions that meet client needs, negotiate terms, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Sales Process Management: Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts to close sales.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.

• Reporting & Analysis: Update CRM systems with interactions and provide sales reports to management.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of offerings to articulate value propositions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
