Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers and understand their business requirements.

• Explain IndiaFilings' products and services, including Company Registration, GST, Trademark, Accounting, and Compliance solutions.

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

• Achieve individual and team performance goals.
