We're seeking a motivated candidate to join our team. The role is to guide team on generating high ticket clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business results.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedbackEnsure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaintsCollaborate with other departments to achieve business objectivesAnalyze performance and improve team performance.
