We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Teleperformance Global Service. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start a career in banking sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with assigned customers via inbound and outbound calls.
- Deliver a high-quality digital banking experience and recommend suitable financial products.
- Handle customer queries, promote digital banking services, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve sales and portfolio targets through cross-selling and up-selling banking products (TPP, Assets, Cards, etc.).
- Ensure compliance, proper documentation, and adherence to banking policies for all interactions.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate (any stream except B.Tech/BE).
- Experience: Freshers (0–1 year experience preferred).
- Key Skills: Basic knowledge of banking products, strong verbal and written communication skills, sales and persuasion abilities, and basic CRM knowledge.
- Language Requirement: Fluent English (mandatory) plus proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada.
- Timing & Schedule: Fixed timing from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with a fixed off on Sunday.
