A Sales & Renewal Executive is responsible for maintaining strong
customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring timely renewal
of products or services.
The role involves engaging with existing customers, identifying their
needs, presenting suitable solutions, and securing contract or subscription
renewals. The executive also works to generate new business
opportunities, achieve sales targets, and provide excellent customer
service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
Contact customers regarding upcoming renewals and contract extensions.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and renewal targets.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and renewal forecasts.
