Marketing Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers from provided data

Explain products/services clearly and persuasively

Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain call records and update customer details

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
