Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound calls for domestic sales process
Explain products/services and generate sales leads
Convince customers and close sales effectively
Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Update call records and customer details in the system

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English & Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
Basic understanding of sales process
Confident and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow in sales
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
