Job Overview:
Toppersnotes Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students and support the enrollment process. The role involves interacting with students and parents, explaining academic programs, and converting inquiries into successful admissions. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand students' educational needs while promoting the right courses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students and provide information about courses and study materials
• Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person interactions
• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process
• Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Maintain records of leads and counselling activities
• Achieve admission targets and support the admissions team
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM)
• Strong interpersonal and counselling skills
• Prior experience in education counselling, tele calling, or sales will be preferred
