Convert free members to paid members by following our proven sales process
Update call notes, follow-ups, and call outcomes in the system in real time
Follow up with potential leads and track conversions with persistence and care
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call volumes, talk time & revenue targets
Handle walk-ins (if assigned) — engage with them, explain features, & convert to premium
Maintain all customer interaction records and documentation accurately
Appear for regular performance check-ins and continue learning & growing
