We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with people over the phone, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain products or services and address customer inquiries.
Generate sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools.
Follow up on leads and build strong customer relationships.
Provide accurate information and handle objections effectively.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate confidently.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Prior experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage.
