We’re looking for a Customer Sales Executive who can provide excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude. Role & responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.

• Develop and deliver an effective sales pitch tailored to the needs and interests of the customer.

• Efficiently manage time to make a high volume of calls and achieve daily targets.

• Keep detailed records of calls made and outcomes, and provide regular reports to the supervisor.

• Ability to persuade and convince potential customers to make a purchase or take desired action.

• Ability to adapt to different situations, customers, and changing product/service information.

• Attentive listening to understand customer needs and address concerns.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of proven experience in customer sales. Fresh candidates are also welcome.

• Sound problem-solving skills to find the root cause of customer issues.

• Ability to do multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Familiar with regional languages like, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi or Telugu

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong customer service skills

• High school diploma or equivalent degree
