## Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Healthcare Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers in the US healthcare market, explain healthcare plans and services, generate sales, and provide an excellent customer experience while meeting sales targets.
## Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the US.
• Promote and sell healthcare products, insurance plans, or related healthcare services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.
• Build rapport with customers and address their questions professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow compliance guidelines and company sales processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Handle objections effectively and convert leads into successful sales.
## Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience in US Healthcare, Health Insurance, or International BPO Sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
## Qualifications
• Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
• 1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Telesales, Health Insurance Sales, or an International Voice Process.
