Job Summary:
The Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business for personal loans and overdraft products through direct customer acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.
The role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers for personal loans and overdraft facilities.
Source leads through cold calling, referrals, and field activities. Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers. Assist customers with loan applications, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
Manage relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing. Maintain daily records of sales calls, leads, and conversions.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good understanding of retail loan products and financial documentation.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.Basic computer and reporting skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum qualification: 10th - 12th or graduate.
6 months to 3 years of experience in loan sales, preferably in personal loans or overdrafts.
Candidates with personal loan or overdraft experience preferred.
Compensation: Salary: As per industry standards plus attractive performance incentives.
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Head
