Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year (Matrimony Sales/service-based industries.)

Language Requirement: Strong communication skills in Malayalam

Job Description

Malayogam is looking for an energetic and sales-driven Consultant Marketing-Malayogam-FTC with experience in matrimony sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer engagement and capable of guiding clients through the matrimony service process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about Malayogam matrimony services.

Assist clients in choosing suitable membership plans based on their preferences and requirements.

Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Work towards achieving sales targets and conversion goals.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for customers.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualities

Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales.

Prior experience in matrimony sales/any sales is preferred.

Good interpersonal skills and persuasive ability.

Target-driven and self-motivated

Qualifications

Any degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
