Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customer video calls professionally.

• Assist customers with product-related queries.

• Deliver an excellent customer experience.

2. Customer Service Executive – Inbound Process

Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand
Qualification: HSC Pass
Experience: Freshers & Experienced (Linguistic candidates preferred)
Languages Required: Bengali / Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam
Open Positions: 50
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Record call details accurately.

3. Customer Complaint Desk Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand
Qualification: HSC Pass
Experience: 3–4 Months BPO Experience
Language: Good English Communication
Open Positions: 50
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints professionally.

• Provide timely issue resolution.

• Escalate unresolved cases when required.

• Maintain quality customer interactions.

4. Sales Executive – Education Loan Process

Salary: ₹30,000 In-Hand (Up to ₹33,000 Gross)
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 Year Sales Experience (Loan or Credit Card Sales Mandatory)
Language: Excellent English Communication
Open Positions: 30
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert sales leads.
