Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Explain product benefits, features, and offers clearly in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Identify customer needs, answer queries, and persuade them to make purchases.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM tools.
Follow up with interested leads to close deals.
Provide timely feedback to the manager regarding customer requirements and challenges.
Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and process improvements.
Eligibility & Requirements
Age Limit: Below 30 years.
Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass), graduates preferred.
Freshers: Eligible with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Experienced: Compensation will be based on previous CTC.
Interview Process: 3 rounds – Assessment Test, HR Interview, Manager Interview.
