Lead generation executive are responsible for receiving outbound calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business. 

They require a thorough knowledge of the products and services, good oral and written skills.  Demonstrated success in s customer service is required.

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Good Communication, applicant should not have MTI & comprehension Skills

·        Ability to write, speak and understand English .

·        Ability to comprehend & draft mails to prospects as per the scenarios.

·        Ability to write, speak and understand regional language Telugu as specified

·        Good analytical skill

·        Graduates or diploma or +2

·        Graduates or Under Graduates with 1 year of experience preferably in customer service but not restricted to the same.
