Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, provide information about products/services, and achieve assigned calling and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.

• Explain products, services, offers, and company policies clearly.

• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers where applicable.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.

• Follow company scripts, processes, and quality standards.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Hindi and/or English proficiency; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

• Freshers are welcome; BPO/telecalling experience is an added advantage.
