Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives (CCE) to join our team in Thane. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, providing product and service information, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Explain products, services, and ongoing offers to customers.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department whenever required.
Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and quality standards during customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
