Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our BPO calling team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
•	Make outbound calls to potential customers using leads provided.
•	Pitch products/services to prospects and explain features and benefits.
•	Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
•	Convert leads into confirmed sales.
•	Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
•	Maintain a record of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversion in CRM.
•	Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
•	Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•	12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
•minimum 6 month of experience in outbound sales or tele calling (BPO experience preferred).
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•	Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
•	Ability to handle rejections and objections with a positive attitude.
•	Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

•	Experience in voice-based BPO processes.
•	Multilingual skills (e.g., English + Hindi/Regional language).
•	Prior experience in financial products, telecom, or insurance sales.
