Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our legal services team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining legal services, and generating leads for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data

• Explain legal services offered by the firm clearly and professionally

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into appointments or leads

• Maintain records of calls and client interactions in CRM or registers

• Follow up with interested clients to close deals or schedule consultations

• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English and local language (Telugu preferred)

• Basic understanding of customer handling and telecalling

• Ability to persuade and build rapport with clients

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage
