We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, services, answer customer questions, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers or prospects
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Explain company products/services clearly
Generate leads and follow up on interested customers
Maintain customer records and call details
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when needed
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Coordinate with sales or support teams when required
