Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients

• Explain the firm’s legal services professionally

• Handle inbound client inquiries and provide information

• Schedule appointments and consultations with advocates

• Maintain client records, call logs, and follow-up status

• Coordinate with legal and admin teams

• Follow up on leads and client cases

• Achieve daily or weekly calling targets

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English

• Confident and polite speaking skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email handling)

• Ability to convince and build rapport with clients

• Professional phone etiquette and customer service attitude

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate

• Experience: 0–3 years preferred

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) plus incentives and benefits.
