We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller / Telesales Executive to engage with customers over phone calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
Generate leads and convert them into sales or qualified inquiries
Follow up with interested customers to close deals
Maintain accurate call records and customer data in CRM or registers
Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries, objections, and basic issue resolution
