Job Description:-

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Officer to join our growing team at Find Mind Solution. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer relationships, generating personal loan leads, and coordinating with banks to ensure smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for personal loan products

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and banking partners

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products

Coordinate with banks for document collection, login, and disbursement

Follow up with customers regularly to ensure closure of cases

Maintain accurate customer data and daily MIS reports

Ensure compliance with company and bank policies

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

(local language is a plus).

Basic knowledge of personal loans / banking process preferred

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Proficiency in MS Excel & basic computer knowledge.

Freshers with sales interest can also apply.
