BPO Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to clients interested in skincare services

• Understand customer skin concerns and provide basic counseling/guidance

• Recommend suitable skincare products, treatments, or consultations

• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer interactions

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Coordinate with the skincare/dermatology team when needed

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English

• Basic understanding of skincare (training will be provided)

• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality

• Ability to handle customer queries patiently

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support

• Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness industry

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
