Handle outbound and inbound customer calls regarding skin care products
Explain product benefits and offers to customers
Generate sales through calls and follow-ups
Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Update customer details in CRM/software
Resolve customer queries in a professional manner
Coordinate with team leaders and managers for daily reportingGood communication skills
