Job Role & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to promote and sell •insurance products•• (Life, Health, General Insurance).
• Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide basic policy information.
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum •12th pass / Graduate•• preferred.
Good •communication skills•• in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided).
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
Experience:•
• Freshers can apply
Prior experience in •telecalling, insurance sales, or BFSI•• is an advantage.
