BPO Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller – Loans Department

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to loans

• Explain various loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, etc.)

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling

• Follow up with customers to close sales

• Maintain customer database and update call records

• Coordinate with the sales/backend team for loan processing

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred)

• Convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of loan products and banking process (preferred)

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate / Any Graduate

• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
