Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for various loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and converting prospects into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.

• Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, and Vehicle Loans.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Coordinate with the sales and backend team for loan processing.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide proper information regarding loan eligibility, documentation, and process.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of loan products and banking process.

• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems).

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
