Key Responsibilities
• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls.
• Generate leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and achieve daily/monthly targets.
• Update customer details in the CRM system.
Requirements
• 6 Months–2 Years of BPO/Telecalling/Sales experience.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
