Job Title: Cross Sell Executive

Location: Chandigarh
Job Description:
Cross-sell financial products to existing customers.
Promote products such as Personal Loans, Gold Loans, Insurance, and other retail financial services.
Handle walk-in customers and outbound calls to generate leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.
Achieve assigned sales and cross-sell targets.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Adhere to company policies, compliance, and process guidelines.
Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Eligibility:
Graduate / Undergraduate (as per organizational norms)
Prior exposure to sales or BFSI products preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
0–3 years (BFSI / Retail Sales experience preferred)
