We are looking for a confident, experienced, and dynamic Female Team Leader to manage and guide our BPO team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to drive team performance while maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage daily team performance to meet targets and KPIs.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to team members.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share insights with management.
• Ensure process compliance, quality standards, and SOP adherence.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments when required for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO sector.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Flexible to handle shift responsibilities (if required).
