Job Title: Team Leader – Loan Sales (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Credit Card)

Job Responsibilities:

Telecalling team ko manage karna aur daily target achieve Karna & karwana

Customers ko Personal Loan, Business Loan, Overdraft aur Credit Card products explain/sale karna and team se karwana

Interested customers ka loan / credit card application process complete karna and team se karwana

Team ki daily sales report aur performance report maintain karna

New leads generate karna aur team se generate karwana

Team ko training dena aur sales conversion improve karna

Daily / Weekly targets achieve karna

Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate

Experience:

Fresher / Experienced both can apply (Loan sales experience preferred)

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)

Incentive:

Up to ₹1,00,000 based on target performance

Location:

Dwarka Mor Near Metro Station, Delhi
